Sadhana : a means of accomplishing something —> A daily, or regular practice.

Yes, Sadhana is perhaps one of the most important thing in life, that’s totally under your control. And by doing it intelligently and diligently, you’ll be able to accomplish things a lot easier. Essentially, Sadhana cleans, sustains and replenish you energetically & vibrationally, so that you have sufficient energy to deal well w/ whatever happens in the day to day life, so that you could thrive, and live your best life, fulfill your highest potential. It’s like we have showers to clean & refresh our physical body everyday, we do the Sadhana practice to clean our energy body and connect with our soul.

It can be in many forms, whatever modality you’re practicing, such as running, weight lifting, singing, painting, writing poems, gardening, or even washing dishes & cleaning the house. You choose the way to make it your own practice and get the result you desired.

Here, we are talking specifically about Kundalini Yoga Sadhana practice. It can be done just by yourself, or w/ a group of people, say, in a Yoga class.

You’re encouraged to practice anytime you can. Any time is a good time. And early morning and before bed is a very very good time. You should create your own sadhana routine, based on what you’re focusing on, and stick to it.
